Warranty & Return Policy
24-Month Premium Warranty Coverage
Every refurbished Folletto unit is covered for 24 months from the date of delivery against inherent restoration or manufacturing defects. Coverage includes internal motor failures, mainboard and electronic faults, and structural defects not caused by misuse or accidental damage.
Burden of Proof (D.Lgs. 170/2021):
If a defect appears within the first 12 months, it is presumed covered. Between the 13th and 24th month, the consumer must demonstrate that the issue results from a pre-existing defect and not daily wear-and-tear.
Consumables and Battery Limitations
Consumables such as brush bristles, HEPA filters, and dust bags are guaranteed defect-free upon arrival. Once used, they are not covered under the 24-month warranty. Lithium-ion batteries in cordless models are subject to natural chemical aging and are covered by a 6-month limited warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply in cases of improper use, including the use of incompatible third-party dust bags that restrict airflow and cause overheating, vacuuming liquids or construction dust, lack of routine maintenance, accidental damage after delivery, or unauthorized repairs and disassembly.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You may return the unit within 14 days of receiving it without providing any reason. The product must be returned in its original condition. For hygiene reasons (Art. 59 Consumer Code), dust bags or filters cannot be returned if their seal has been opened or if they have been used.
Return shipping costs for voluntary returns are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after inspection of the returned item.
